I was a regular customer of Anderson Seafoods Inc. via QVC for several years. QVC includes shipping fees in the purchase price of its food products. QVC no longer offers the King (Chinook) salmon I previously purchased, so yesterday I decided to attempt to buy it directly from Anderson. At checkout, a $92.06 shipping fee that was greater than my order amount was added. I was surprised and confused because the FAQ section of Anderson's website states that orders over $250 ship free, and all other orders ship at a flat fee of $59. I emailed Anderson to ask why I was being charged more than $59. Spencer Rowe, Anderson's Director, E-Commerce and DTC Sales responded by asking where on the website I saw a $59 flat shipping fee. I replied by specifying where it appears in FAQs and attached an image. He in turn replied that the site now uses "real time shipping costs" that take into account the weight of the product and the shipping address location. He acknowledged that the development team failed to update the verbiage when the website was switched earlier in 2025. Rowe claimed current shipping fees are explained elsewhere on the site. This place is a contrast at it's best. Everyone that works there is lovely and friendly which can't be said for the management and supervisors of sort. Out of all the places that I have delivered to, this must be the most miserable bunch of people. Every time I have to deal with management they are quite rude, unfriendly and, yes, miserable. And it's not just me...other drivers are saying the same thing. I'd hate to be one of the lovely people that works there. I can just imagine what the work environment must be like. Such a shame.

The best quality fish I have ever had. I've worked in the restaurant business and my friend who recommended Anderson Seafood is a chef. I recommend anyone looking for quality fish and great, personal customer service to look no further. The yellowtail was absolutely delicious. Sashimi quality. The customer service was also phenomenal. When the shipping company damaged one of the packages, Anderson Seafoods took care of us personally. 5 stars!
